If it refers to the same wheel as before, the diagnosis likely was incorrect. Step 3 The only thing holding the circuit board at this point are the gauge needles. I had my battery checked and found I had a dead cell. They pull off by pulling straight up. It's in Step 4, the last picture. We never know when the speedometer will stop working. It happened when my vehicle reach around 80,000 miles.
